Space Reservation

With the start of the academic year, there has been an increase in event requests creating longer-than-average lead times for event requests. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

New reservation requests must be received no later than the Monday two weeks prior to the first date being requested. Requests are processed in order of received; if your date(s) falls outside of our deadline, complete your request regardless. It will be considered on a case-by-case basis and our office will contact you ASAP with an update.
