Event Services has reached capacity for spring term 2026.
If you would like to request space for an event after June 6, 2026, please submit a new request. Otherwise, please read the following:
We are not accepting new requests for spring term events that require Event Services labor, nor are we accepting new spring term requests for the following spaces: Columbia 150, EMU 145 + 146 Crater Lake Rooms, EMU 214 Redwood Auditorium, EMU 244 Ballroom, EMU 245 Gumwood, Gerlinger 201 Lounge, HEDCO 220, Lillis 182, Lillis 282, and Straub 156.
We are still able to assist with booking small- to medium-sized EMU meeting rooms, most general pool classrooms, and outdoor spaces that do not require Event Services labor or resources throughout spring term.
Reserve Space
New reservation requests must be received no later than the Monday two weeks prior to the first date being requested. Requests are processed in order of received; if your date(s) falls outside of our deadline, complete your request regardless. It will be considered on a case-by-case basis and our office will contact you ASAP with an update.
