Recurring meetings can be booked for one academic calendar only. Submissions are accepted as of August 1st for the upcoming academic calendar. Recurring Meetings have a maximum limit of 2 per week, with a 3-hour maximum per meeting.

Repeating Event Information
Please note that recurring meetings can be booked through July 31 of any given year only. If you have a recurring meeting on or after August 1 you can submit that request as of August 1 or after of any given year.

Tabling/vending spaces are 10’ x 10’ and include one 72” x 32” table and two chairs. If a different setup is wanted, please describe below:
