UO Scheduling and Event Services has a full service team ready to help you set up tables, chairs, and other equipment for your event. For liability reasons we ask that our guests do not setup their own tables, chairs or other equipment provided by our department.
In order to meet the great diversity of audio needs on campus, UO Scheduling and Event Services has a wide range of sound systems and levels of support available. As a result, our professional and experienced staff must consider a number of factors in order to ensure that we provide you with an appropriate system and level of support. Please submit a reservation request form in order to receive a personalized estimate.
UO Scheduling and Event Services does not rent equipment for off-campus events. Upon request, we can provide a list of vendors that do offer this service.
Please submit an Amplified Sound Waiver Request form to UO Scheduling and Event Services at least 15 working days before your event date.
In a few select locations, there are opportunities for you to provide your own properly weighted canopy. At no time may ground stakes be used to secure canopies.
UO Scheduling has several canopies and other forms of event related equipment available to serve your event. Please make arrangements for such equipment at least ten days in advance so we have adequate time to schedule crew to deliver, set-up and/or operate the equipment you need. Given Eugene's notoriously rainy climate we recommend planning for rain by ordering canopies in advance, as they tend not to be available as last minute requests.
